酒店在面向西羌酒店左側直走200多米的位置，從九皇山遊客中心需要徒步一小時左右或者坐索道才能到達。我們到的時候是晚上7點半，老闆説衹有四樓的房間了，並且給我們升級了房型，並提醒如果是徒步到的可以提前和他們説，可以為客人保留低樓層的房間。酒店有餐食服務，套餐晚餐30/人，也可以單點，價格合適，早餐10/人，都是家常菜，味道不錯，我們早飯完畢後還帶了幾個饅頭當做當天中午的乾糧。總體來説，這家酒店性價比很高，推薦！（忘拍房間照片了，圖一是我們自己點的晚餐，圖二是老闆贈送的炸辛夷花，圖三是早餐）

對店家的印象特別好，酒店可以吃飯，晚飯加早餐40一個人，飯菜管夠，老闆特別的熱情。比較景區也是屬於山區，我覺得環境方面做的還是算可以的了。晚上篝火晚會回來老闆還送了小水果。走了我們説門口有櫻桃，老闆還很熱情的給了我們一把。如果下次還來九皇山的話，還是會選擇澤嘎親戚家！！推薦大家去哦！！店家超熱情！！！

老闆人實在是太好了，必須五星好評，入住當天下雨老闆很貼心的幫我們把飯菜準備好了，雖然旅途辛苦但看到老闆在雨中等我們的身影倍感温馨，如果有想去九皇山遊玩的強烈推薦推薦

作為一家民宿型的酒店，各方面是令人滿意的。
位置：酒店位於九皇山雲中羌寨索道出口，西羌酒店後面的停車場，沿着小路走幾百米就到了。我們提前跟店家打了招呼，一出索道口，老闆親自開車接我們去酒店。其實也不遠，步行的話大概5-8分鐘。
設施：空調電視WIFI這些基本設施都是有的，還有電熱毯，沐浴桶。房間配置的物品，相對比較簡單，店家説是因為物品被人偷怕了，但衹要你提出需求，他們都會及時送到房間，衹要多跟店家溝通就好。房間乾淨整齊，沒有味道，床單被罩枕頭，比較新。
服務：正如酒店名“親戚酒店”，老闆一家人樸實善良，讓你有種住親戚家的感覺，暖心，有人情味。
一到店，老闆拿出新鮮摘的棗子葡萄李子給我們嘗，晚飯後，又提了一筐梨子給我們試試，很有温情的一家人。
飯菜：九皇山內除了西羌酒店，好像沒看到有專門的飯店，景區小吃的攤位倒是挺多。
我們住了兩天，訂的都是酒店的套餐（晚飯加早餐每人40元），提早跟店家説好用餐時間就可以了，本來對飯菜也沒抱有多大的期待（景區內這個價格能吃上熱飯菜，乾淨衞生就滿意了），上桌的一刻，還是驚呆了！美味可口的家常菜，份量很足，而且都是新鮮的食材，老闆親自下廚。我們不太能吃辣，飯菜的口味特意做了調整，也就兩天的飯菜，店家還擔心我們吃膩了，很用心的做了不同花樣的菜式。（爬去雲中農場吃過套票裏的簸箕宴，你就知道店家的飯菜，是有多麼的良心，多麼的有誠意）
總的來説，性價比很高，家庭式服務，有温情的一家酒店，值得再次入住。期待店家經營更進一步，越做越好。

房間有空調、電熱毯，冬天必備。老闆和老闆娘人很好，我們一起四家人，有一朋友晚上九點才到，沒吃飯。老闆免費提供雞蛋、番茄、麪，讓朋友家吃了一頓熱騰騰的夜飯。早上飯菜也很巴適，必須5分。下次還來。
