衞生情況：肉眼看起來沒有問題，服務設施：比較周到，原來給我們的房間空調漏水，開始不願意換，説是能修好，後面是確實解決不了滲水問題，我們有小朋友，地板濕滑確實是安全隱患就給我們換了房間。北部灣一號整個是一個公寓式酒店，所有房間都是海景，樓下就是金灘，不過金灘的沙子很粗很多小貝殼，不如銀灘，果然銀灘聲名在外是有理由的。
