房間非常不錯，管理人也很好説話，房間帶紗窗不怕蚊蟲，陽台很大且向陽方便晾曬衣物。扣分項主要是兩點：一是有一間卧室衹有內窗，朝向樓梯間的，房間不通風且過道有人説話很吵，這在房間介紹頁沒有作出説明；二是樓下的大墩海灘是村民自治，管得特別嚴，動不動就封鎖不讓進去，我住的第一天有雷電預警，其他海灘都開着，就這個海灘勸返遊客，住的第二天是晴天，進入海灘，結果衹能在潮水潭的死水裡麪玩，管理員不讓接近海灘，衹讓看和拍照，我們衹能又打車去銀灘玩。

姐姐人很會照顧人，全程都很快樂，一個人住的話推薦19樓，可以直接看到大海，自己落下東西，姐姐也會盡力去找，有什麼事情也能及時溝通，住宿環境也很不錯，本來打算住兩天，後來覺得很舒服，就接着續住了，住宿位置處於紫霞灣和銀灘中間，租個電動車，去哪都不遠，美滋滋。

來北海玩的非常開心.住的房子真的太滿意了.民宿小姐姐服務真的沒得説.非常似細心又温柔.我們帶着孩子來的.給我們都安排的好好的.衞生也非常乾淨整潔.房子都是香香的.被子什麼的都非常乾淨.看得出都是一客一換.而且還看海.真的太享受了.感謝這次的體驗非常棒.下次來還會在住這家.

房間在小區裏，設施尚可。小區門口有推車的燒烤和小吃，味道一般價格偏貴。衹是洗澡時搞了十分鐘才打得着熱水器，兩天時間衹配了4瓶水，陽台的凳子都老化了，100斤重的人坐上去凳子爛了重重摔了一跤尾骨痛得晚上都難以入睡。第二天12點就要退房，商量後才同意延遲到2點，還試了五六七八次才開得了門。體驗感真的不太好。

離大敦海海灘超級近，傍晚去看了日落，海灘邊很熱鬧，有很多小攤和野餐的人，漲潮以後很壯觀的。酒店在海棠灣小區裏面，小區環境很好很漂亮，很喜歡這裏。😁
