一次很好的入住體驗，人還沒到北海，管家已經聯繫溝通入住事宜了，還免費升級了房型，房間很大很乾凈，泳池戲水也很有意思，下午茶可以送到房間，那個小麪包味道真的很不錯，前台大寶很熱情，服務十分到位，很棒的入住體驗

民宿拍了商務車接站，很方便。房間和配套比較適合親子出行，有玩具房、小童泳池，挖沙工具，房間也配有小童拖鞋。早餐九宮格比較令人驚喜，公共區域的拿鐵也很好喝，前台的小宋對孩子也很耐心友善。整體服務細節都很好，衹有兩個不太滿意的點，一是房門隔音一般，好在住客都比較自覺，10點後基本無人喧嘩。二是溪水房的浴室排氣扇聲音很大，不打開的話影響不大。

平時都懶得點評，寫點評的一定是特別喜歡的。大環境好，位於別墅區，室內室外設計獨具匠心，，細節用心，服務周到，乾淨整潔，體驗感超好！公區綠植搭配錯落有致，傢俱擺件飾品掛畫極具用心和美感，還沒入住，房間空調都幫我們調好，從下訂單開好就隨時溝通行程，方便接送，店員熱情周到，還送我們精緻下午茶和早餐，衞生間乾濕分區，4個人位也不擁擠，房間還有個小休閑區，可以喝茶，聊天打牌，總之，處處細節都讓人感受到老闆的用心，真心推薦

這次是帶媽媽旅遊！入住評價最高的民宿果然沒選擇錯！房間寬敞明亮一點不會潮濕！房間很大很寬敞！住起來很舒適！還是聲控窗簾很方便！自帶泳池雖然沒下水，但是看到工作人員在換水，證明酒店很用心！工作人員彬彬有禮，説話柔聲細語，贈送的下午茶水果也很貼心！早餐九宮格很精緻！不夠吃了可以再加！也不浪費！還有麪包片和炒麪粥牛奶咖啡什麼的很精緻也足夠吃了！接送服務很貼心！最感動的是最後一天！和媽媽剛離店被酒店送到碼頭髮現長者因為著急出門把手機忘到廁所了，工作人員急忙開摩託車送過來，沒耽誤我們的船票也不要路費！再次感謝！感恩感謝！下次還住你家也會介紹朋友！這一次很開心的旅行！難忘的回憶！
