房門門鎖壞，冰箱壞，煲水壞，涼衣服衣架歪瓜裂棗，我訂住兩晚一廳二房，洗刷用品衹提供一晚紙巾一包，找對接的人給第二晚要用的洗刷用品和紙巾，因為是加了微信的，在微信上發語音問不回覆，打語音電話不接，發文字訊息也不回，找了三次都不理睬，非常反感這種行為，這是我第一次給差評，平常遇到有些問題的服務好都會忽略不計較，但這次實在反感

真住得最糟心得一次，春節吹的要提前訂海景房，700多得房間礦泉水一瓶都沒，紙就這麼多，還兩房，你是給一個人用呀，鞋是垃圾堆回收的呀，牆面還要脱灰，小朋友一背全是灰，安全就更不用説了，門兩邊的窗全鎖不上，在説海景，確實能看，透過前面得高樓夾縫能看見海，和你圖片推介得懸殊十萬八千里，真的是照騙。一般不評論，評論要就是不要後面得人上當，要就是非常愉快。

幾十層樓就住了2一3户，有點瘮得慌，空調不太製冷，空調聲音巨響，無法入睡。燒水壺，大毛巾是不要不給，衞生紙沒有，住了4，5天，一次沒有打掃過，太差了。跟本到不了海邊，全封死了。
