房間可看車水馬龍的港口路全魚港，碼頭魚市一覓無遺，近風情街和客運碼頭，魚市。更近海灘，2，3分即到。房間夠大，玻璃窗夠大，全智能（燈光，窗簾，冷氣）投影。舒服環境，老闆熱情好客，一樓隔壁有自助廚房和冷氣歺廳，令流連忘返。值得推薦！

房間寬敞，設施很新，乾淨整潔，有公共洗衣房和廚房，很方便。服務人員都很熱情，有歸家感覺，很舒服。這裏離僑港海灘非常近，可以直接換好衣服去海邊玩，周圍吃喝齊全，離僑港風情街也很近。

1、老闆服務態度非常好（這是最重要的，希望能夠保持）
2、離各種景點都比較近
3、同等價位下，房間還是比較大的
4、唯一美中不足的是沒有洗衣機和烘乾機
天氣不好不要來北海玩咯、一切順利。

房間還可以離海邊近，有電梯，不好的地方就是沒有位置曬衣服，衞生間就一根鐵絲滑滑的，都黏一起了曬不幹，在海邊衣服經常濕，洗得又多都沒有位置曬，又不幹，前台説一樓有公共位置，但是不方便，希望房間可以多張凳子吃外賣，放個木架子曬衣服

房間很大，去的時候正在打掃衞生，可能我們着急入住，房間裏面的洗漱用品還沒有放全，也很安靜。後面去找前台也很禮貌，遞東西都是雙手給的，離海邊也不遠，走路幾分鐘就到了，那邊的桂圓樹很多，我們第二天準備走的時候，還給我們分享了很多桂圓，我們不着急，退了房之後，就在前台休息，那邊不好打車去北海站，我們在前台休息的時候，正好有租客要去車站，而且時間還緊張，車半天也打不到，不然就是費用很貴的，房東聽到之後，就主動開車去送他們，我們在裏面休息，也問我們是不是要去車站，要送他們過去，你們可以順便一起，這邊也不好打車。
整體這趟旅行是很愉快，舒服的，雖然天公不作美，但還是很快樂
