Disadvantages: The room facilities lack maintenance, the wallpaper is bulging and has black spots, and it feels very shabby. The balcony wooden floor is old and rotten, and has not been updated and maintained in time. The balcony door is also seriously deformed and difficult to close. The building has a closed lobby management, but there is no welcome service and no ventilation. After entering, a moldy smell is pervasive and it is very unpleasant. Five-star location, five-star framework, five-star room rate, but there is no five-star service and five-star quality, which needs to be improved.

Guanshanhai high-end community, the location is very good, to Beihai Yintan and other famous attractions are very close, taxi is also very cheap. The only downside is that you can't cook. Fortunately, it is convenient to order takeaway and there are a lot of food around. The store is warm and caring, and people can't help but praise.
