The hotel's service is impeccable, making our trip extremely pleasant. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we could feel the enthusiasm of the waiters. They took the initiative to help with the luggage and greeted us cordially, which instantly made people feel at home. The breakfast in the breakfast room is very rich, with wontons and baguettes. My favorite breakfast is tofu pudding, with a spoonful of chili oil and various small seasonings. It is authentic like a roadside stall, clean and assured, and the fireworks of the world are the most comforting. After breakfast, the day's itinerary is very happy. The room service staff also folded our clothes when cleaning the room. When we asked the front desk staff about the surrounding attractions and food recommendations, they always patiently answered and provided detailed guides. It is also very close to the subway. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the subway. There are many delicious foods around. We are very satisfied with this stay experience. If we come here again in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel and will recommend it to friends around us without hesitation!

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful front desk service staff. Excellent properties with plenty of amenities. Good breakfast with many choices of Chinese and western selections. Very clean restaurant with excellent service crew. Special compliment should be given to restaurant supervisor 黄文. .She treated us like a vip guest with warm welcome and excellent customer service. Once again, thank you so much for the excellent stay and beautiful experience with Hampton. We will definitely looking forward to stay in Hampton hotel again.

Breakfast has variety; Western and Chinese. There are new items every one to two days. The brewed coffee is good. The room is big. After accommodating two double beds, there is ample space to put our luggage and other things. One to two universal sockets are available. Plenty of sockets strategically installed. The washing machine and dryer are effective and easy to use. We found our room warm and couldn’t sleep on the 4th day. We enquired at the front office and was told that they have switched to heating. The staff suggested that we open our window to let the cold air in and not switch on the heater. Room door won’t close completely. It didn’t have a click sound. We have to physically make sure that it is locked. A safe is unavailable. The bath gel ran out on the last day while I was in the middle of a bath.

I love staying at this hotel when I need a break away from my home. It is super comfortable and warm, in this cold winter! Bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was top notch and caters to chinese/western appetites (The milk and water could be hotter because it was just warm and not as enjoyable). Nancy the manager was very awesome and regularly check up on us. We even got a plate of fruit to wish us a Merry Christmas. Definitely my go to hotel in Beijing!
