This hostel is beyond five stars! Great location near Line 12's Gaojiayuan Station and surrounded by eateries, supermarkets, bakery, barbershops! It is also close to 798 Art District so you have that as a plus point!
My favorite is the chicken place that sells deep-fried chicken skin and chicken legs. Tasty and fresh!
The hostel is clean with separate toilet and bath. Each bed has curtain for privacy with own outlet, plug, reading light, hanging tools for convenience. Bed sheet, pillow, blanket are provided.
This will be top of mind when deciding where to stay in the next Beijing trip!
Solo Male - Long Term Travel

Beijing - Stayed 3 nights in 4 person dorm.
Expectation/Reality: The biggest issue is the design flaw relating to the top bunks. The curtains do no meet the ceiling, so there is no protection from the light in the common space. If someone comes in the room late, it will be disruptive. The bunk is also pretty hard so may not be comfortable for someone used to a mattress.
Security: Pretty good, there is a door code, and a large locker for each guest and a smaller locker in the bunk itself. No concerns.
Hygiene: Not bad, the bathroom and showers are shared among 4 people. Some guests get away with smoking in the room with no enforcement which can be annoying for a non-smoker. Overall, fairly clean.
Hospitality: The attendants are helpful and check in was smooth. No issues.
Social Atmosphere: Pretty good social areas. There is also a small gym room which is great for a light workout, a great rooftop terrace and theater room.
Overall: great location, close to 789 and a reasonable price. As long as you get lucky with a bottom bunk and considerate roommates, it would be great.

Great location, close to the Beijing Capital airport, friendly staff, there's a great art district nearby, quite a few noodle shops, a supermarket across the road, a nice terrace on the roof where you can socialise with other travellers.

Cool place.
A bit far from the center but you have everything around.
Restaurants, cafes, Metro.
Clean, quiet, nice area to rest,free llaundry;), lockers - but you need to bring your own lock.

Not a bad hostel, quite comfortable to stay for a few days. There is a great roof terrace, but during my stay at the hostel it was closed for the last few days due to a political summit. Nearby is 798 art district, a very interesting place.

Great location - near many restaurants and not too far from the airport.
Great service - the staff catered to my requests.
Great facility - there is a mini cinema (with a projector screen) and a mini gym. The rooftop hanging-out area is nice.
