The hotel is on the fourth floor. The lobby on the first floor is under renovation. The front desk guy greeted me warmly as soon as I got out of the elevator. The beautiful lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic when I checked out the next day. The room was very large, with a projection but no TV. The breakfast was very good, with lots of beef noodles.
