Its winter and the hot water was not working on the sink and bathroom. Hot water actually come after few minutes later but the moment I turn on just a lil bit of cold water the hot water is gone ! So frustating. Its winter and I have to spend more minutes in the toilet waiting for the water to be acceptable temperature. I complaint to the reception the next morning but when I enter my room at night the problem was not fixed. The 2 photos I shared was the dirt on the wall I saw the moment I check in. The metro to the hotel is around 10 minutes. Hotel wifi and even my own roaming line inside my room was very bad. I end up give up and just go sleep. Soft drinks inside fridge was free but they did not refill on the next day. I guess its free for the 1st night only. Check in was not smooth as the receptionist has zero basic english. Will not stay here again.

I highly recommended the hotel. The hotel is clean and staff also friendly and have service mind. Excellent room-service. Non-smoking. The location also not far from popular tourist spot such as Wangfujing road. Also the hotel is nearby 2 metro stations within a walking distance. When you walk a bit to the main road, there are many shops such as convenience store/ Restaurants/ Mobile sim card shop/ Clothing shop etc.
So if I have a chance to visit Beijing again, I will definitely stay with this hotel. :)

Hotel is very clean and modern design. Staff are thoughtful and friendly. Location is very convenien（灯市口小胡同). We're enjoying staying here, highly recommend!

I really appreciated with hotel staffs (especially the only one guy who can speaking English. Sorry I can’t remember his name.). They try to help and understand what I want even though they don’t speak English. The room was clean and the housekeeper did her job best everyday. The hotel is in the excellent location, close to metro station and quiet area. They provided laundry service for free. That’s very impressed me. It was good overall. Recommended!!

The room was super nice and comfortable with high quality amenities. The staff were nice and bell
Helpful. Although it’s in hutong it is close to main street and easy to get in and out. I highly recommend getting their breakfast as there aren’t restaurants nor convenient stores nearby. They have great breakfast buffet.

Hotel overall is quite clean and has good ambience. Staff was quite helpful. Although the roads outside were narrow, there is a train station and convenience store nearby. The room itself was small and not really much room to put luggage.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I forgot to bring my phone charger with me along for this trip and the front desk lent me their wire for the day, and ordered one for me on meituan. (Thank you!!!)
There was a laundry room with free washing and drying - which we made use of. When collecting our clothes, the nice lady there told us that we could have actually sent our laundry to her with our room number and she would do it for us!
Like many hotels in Beijing, the AC is turned to heating in winter which I was initially worried about. However, we opened the window and the temperature was pleasant throughout the night. It helped that the surroundings were quiet too :)
