it was kinda ok, metro station is nearby, just that u need to go one station to switch to other line to get to the center. Not the best place for the that price but its fine. Staff did not speak English, but helped me to send parcel to my friend that forgot to take it. Thanks to them.

Don't get fool with the name of the hotel. The hotel is not walking distance to South railway. You need tp take metro or didi from the station to the hotel. The first room we got, the bathroom is very smelly. We exchanged it to another room with a very reluctant manager but we did insist. The second room is fine, no complaint. The customer service is bad. The people who works at the reception are working long hour so their attitude can't be considered good customer service. No smile. Looks like they just want to earn money, that's it.
