Room was clean, location was convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to subway station. Many options for food. Staff was super nice and always wanted to help.

We had an excellent stay in Crystal Orange Hotel. Chance upon it as we wanted a place with laundry room. At check in, my child was given a little toy to fix while waiting for our room to be ready. It is equipped with a robot thar delivers your meituan or wai mai, usb ports for charging. My child enjoyed staying in the hotel as the design of the parent child room was cute and has a bathtub! The ability of having 2 tvs makes it easier on the family as the child can have her choice of show to watch. The breakfast spread was pretty good. Upon checking out, staff gave the little one a cute bookmark and us some snacks from DaoXiangChun. Its the thoughtful little gestures that helped us parents to have a happy child while on vacation. Would definitely stay with them again in future when we visit China.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The centralised aircon system can be further improved (stuffy at times). Easy access to public transport and convenient store.

The room could be biggest however the location was near to a lot of place with foods and convenience store and train stations

The hotel has a good position especially if you want to go to The Great Wall. The staff was kind and helpful especially I want to say thanks for helping to sign up to go to Square and other my questions.
Also I can recommend this hotel for travelers who like using subway and public vehicles. Room was clear and you can find 7/11 nearby.
