總體很乾凈，小院愜意，適合休閑，早餐特別豐富，都是老闆自己做的，老闆一家非常乾淨，特別有生活情調，放心吃。就是正餐的菜量少，適合南方人，北方人去了就多點幾個菜吧！

第二次來小院
離龍慶峽冰燈景區很近
住的是平房小院，房間實在太小了
衹能容下一張大床
衞生間有點異味
住店要自備洗漱用具
屋裡有2組暖氣，卧室和衞生間各一個
床上的電熱毯還算給力
但是睡覺時感覺臉和胳膊很冷
大家看是否能夠接受哈
老闆一家人很親切
有求必應
但是做的餐確實很一般
不要太高要求哦

小院的孔姐和老公特別好，做飯味道好，房間衞生乾淨，小院很有文藝氣息。做的魚，小炒味道都特別正，距離景區很近，晚上納涼很棒！下次還會去，祝福孔姐和家人一切好，有機會再見面💐

端午節去龍慶峽玩，一起去的訂了8個房間，聽老闆的口音就猜到是東北的，很親切，老闆娘和管家都特別好，晚上燒烤連趕上下大雨，和老闆借用了很多東西，非常不好意思，但是老闆一直都很熱情，一點都沒有不耐煩，房間很乾凈，很大，住着也是很舒服，早飯也是很好吃的，酸菜小餅強烈推薦哦，這個民宿離景區也特別近，附近買東西什麼也方便，早起溜溜環境也好，晚上下雨沒在小院照太多照片，但是真的很推薦哦，下去去龍慶峽還會再住這裏的✨

朋友幾個出去玩的晚上山外小院門口燒烤又遇大雨， 還好有小院的老闆幫助才沒給我們澆滅，來來去去麻煩店家N次沒有抱怨一句，感謝感謝非常感謝，還有到店裡必須要吃早餐自助個人力薦

還可以，很用心的佈置。農家院中算可以的了。房間配置該有的都有了，房間裏空調，電熱水壺，熱水器，電視機等都有。有個小院，有秋千什麼的。老闆娘很熱情。早飯老闆娘自己做的，農家院中算豐盛得了。15元一位，有豆漿有玉米糊，有油餅，包子，地瓜，南瓜，蛋炒飯，海帶絲，雞蛋等。滿意。我們這個房間是可以住4個人，大炕鋪，國慶期間家人住一個屋還是很划算的～～～離玉渡山很近～～

山外小院民宿讓我很喜歡，乾淨衞生整潔，是最讓人滿意的地方。以後有機會來延慶還會想着住這裏，樓上樓下都很不錯，小套房裡還有麻將機，一家人一起玩一把非常好。老闆做的飯菜可口好吃，鍋包肉和蔬菜都可口。以後和朋友家人來玩都是個不錯的選擇。

#負評#對梳洗用品，床品舒適度失望；气死爹了，房间上说的是床，比炕都硬，差点把尾巴骨坐折了！房间里头有一个马桶圈，跟马桶分离了，你敢信？没有肥皂，没有毛巾，没有吹风机，厕所臭的都腌入味了。不可以自己烧烤，我们自己带了烧烤的东西，想体验体验，结果人家不理我们了，最后我们五个人很狼狈的在大街上点不着火，幸好对面民宿的老板借了我们点碳，把我们给救了。早上起来叫醒你的，不是闹钟，而是小孩的尖叫，真的很无语。唯一还可以的，就是老板儿子态度还不错，晚上还会自己调酒，她家狗也挺可爱的。除此之外，没有别的优点。对了，还没有监控，东西丢了，找他要监控，他说正在维修，鬼知道是刚刚在维修，还是一直在维修啊，要是真晚上出点什么事，能负起责任吗。点了一个锅包肉，醋精炒的，整个饭的口感只能说是很一般。四个菜180，性价比太低了，总体体验非常一般，建议再思考思考。小院看着挺大，其实不大，没什么意思。
