We used this place for a stay to go to Mutianyu Great Wall without the hassle to get in and out of Beijing Downtown. Great decision. A luxury hotel with big bright rooms, very clean, all facilities a traveller needs, friendly staff with great service, and we even got a simple breakfast. For the same price you get a dusty hotel in downtown where other guests constantly smoke, you can have this option here. Travellers that like to take it a bit slower should definitely consider the Hua Ao Star Hotel!

Three elements of a good hotel: cleanliness, good service, and reasonable price. This hotel is the best value for money I have ever stayed in. The environment is very clean, the decoration is simple and elegant; the service is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. I got a free room upgrade with my children, which is spacious and comfortable. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very important. Very close to the main road, convenient for traveling. Overall, the price/performance ratio is unbeatable. highly recommended.

The front desk staff was very friendly. We booked a room online and checked the room when we arrived. It was the same as the picture. We liked a suite and upgraded it. They provided a disposable bath bag to relieve the fatigue of the journey. We will choose to stay here next time.

The room was very spacious with big windows. With Xiaodu Xiaodu, you can free your hands. It is very satisfying for a lazy person like me to be able to talk without touching anything. The clothes got dirty, but I didn't expect that they have a self-service laundry service, which is so considerate and loving. I like the furnishings of the room.
