I have stayed in so many hotels and this is one of the few hotels I want to give a bad review. The experience is not bad at all. First of all, I booked a double bed room price of 740 RMB for a temporary stay because I was watching Andy Lau's concert. The air conditioner in the room was never cool enough. I asked people to repair it but failed to change the room. The air conditioner still woke people up due to the heat. I couldn't bear it. We put two beds together. When we put them together, there were at least 5 people under the bed. The cleaned slippers are very dirty on the floor. Does Auntie stuff the guests' shoes into the bed every time she cleans? I can attach pictures so I won't blame you at all. The curtains in the room can't block the sun at all. I slept until 9 o'clock in the morning when my aunt came to knock on the door to clean the house. I told her that it was not necessary and she still kept banging on the door? May I ask how you can ask someone to take a rest? Won't come again for a second time!

I booked this three-star hotel on Ctrip. The location is convenient, very close to Beijing 301 Backdoor Hospital, and there are several specialty restaurants nearby. The decoration style of the hotel is simple and elegant, and the room is clean and tidy. Each floor has a kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. During my stay, the hotel staff were warm and thoughtful, responsive to all my requests, and I felt they were cared for in every possible way.
