The hygiene and service were very poor. First of all, there were long hairs all over the towels and floor when I checked in. I told them to change them but they didn't. What's worse is that the elevator on the second floor was not working and they said it was broken, so I had to carry my suitcase upstairs. Terrible cockroaches crawled onto my legs, bed and bedside table in the middle of the night. After I reported it, they said that every hotel has them. They didn't even try to get rid of them even if I tried to use pesticides.

I can understand that the air conditioner water pipe is connected to the bathroom...but why not connect the water pipe to the ground drain? The whole toilet is wet. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise in low speed mode, so I can only sleep at medium speed or above. Overall it's OK (except for the above two points)
