The location of the hotel is excellent, near to the Chongwenmen Metro Station Exit H. Surrounded by many eatery shops, a 24 hour convenience shop and shopping malls are just right opposite the hotel. The room itself is clean although with limited spaces. Mineral water is provided daily and can request for extra from the lobby. Overall we were satisfied.

Location is excellent as very near to train station and shopping malls. The hotel is very small and does not have any facilities compared to other hotels under the same chain

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist my friend in purchasing a new pair of insoles, which she urgently needed for a long walk. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. However, the opaque glass walls of the shower and toilet were a bit inconvenient for us as friends sharing the room. We had to dim most of the lights while using the shower or toilet to maintain privacy.

I recommend this hotel.
1. The staffs are very helpful and help me solve all my problems.
2. The location is very good, near the train station, Chongwenmen exit H.
3. There is a convenience store just across the street. And shopping malls all around.
4. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable bed.
5. The price is reasonable.

We’re doing a 3 month trip around Asia and this has been the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and although there is a language barrier if you don’t speak Chinese they are open to trying to speak English while we try to speak Chinese and happy to use the translate app. We are given a free upgrade and a great selection of free drinks everyday. The room was clean and bed comfy. The shower was large and great water pressure.
And there’s a robot!!!!

Great location for first timers and solo travelers. Very close to subway station and malls. The room I got was a little dusty but still enough for ne for this price. Very approachable and kind staffs.
