Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza

Located right in the heart of Chang'an Avenue, you can enjoy vibrant city views directly from the window. All the in-room amenities are extremely comfortable. Serena at the front desk gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel facilities upon check-in, and any subsequent questions we had were promptly answered. It's very convenient for family trips with the subway station right outside the door. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, Lsla and Serena, were very warm and welcoming. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for traveling with family. Highly recommended!

The room location is excellent, with views of the Wangfujing area from the window. Although the hotel rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a wide selection, with a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic, and Eva from guest services provided timely follow-up. The room is spacious and equipped with a washing machine, making it a top choice for a holiday trip. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza.

The Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza has an excellent location, very close to Wangfujing, making it convenient to visit attractions like Tiananmen Square. The surrounding amenities are also comprehensive. Amy, the front desk manager, was incredibly thoughtful; seeing we had a child, she proactively helped us arrange a late check-out. Our stay was fantastic.

Facilities: The rooms are a bit old but very spacious, and the location is good, though it's a bit of a walk to the subway station. Environment: The pool is really big and beautiful, absolutely fantastic! There's a large 1.4-meter pool, a 0.4-meter children's pool, and a hot spring pool. The changing rooms also have a Jacuzzi and sauna, which is amazing! I didn't go to the gym, but it looked very good too. Cleanliness: The hygiene was very good. Service: Amy was very patient during check-in, and the service was very prompt. Other: Breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic experience! Absolutely superb! Convenient transportation, complete facilities, and a wide variety of breakfast options. Everything was great.

I had a great experience at the hotel pool! The front desk and WeChat responses were timely and attentive, especially Amy. The pool water was clear and clean, and the temperature was just right – very comfortable to swim in. The pool size was moderate, and the lanes were clearly marked. Comfortable loungers were available by the pool for resting. The changing rooms were clean, dry, and well-equipped with plenty of lockers. Staff regularly patrolled to ensure safety, and the anti-slip treatment on the floor was effective, so there was no need to worry about slipping. It's highly recommended to take a swim here to relax and unwind after a tiring journey.
