Staff was very nice and helpful! We had questions about booking things or navigating WeChat apps and they were able to help. The room itself is fine. A 20 minute walk to Wangfujing. A few restaurants right around the corner and a convenience store also a few minutes away walking. Very easy to get picked up by Didi there.

Front office staffs all are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast Is excellent, lots of choices, Chinese food as well as western food, the noodle bar is good. Fan is given and we need 2 units, air-condition should be available because its noisy when we open the window as the hotel is situated in the busy area.

During the National Day holiday, my family went to Beijing and chose this hotel. The two beds, one large and one small, were very comfortable. There was also a humidifier and clothes drying rack in the room. The location is very good on Jinbao Street, with convenient transportation and various shops around.
