The hotel was situated right next to the Fragrant Hill park, and not too far a walk to the National Botanical Gardens. The room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable about the area as well as helping us get from the hotel to the airport on time. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. I wouldn't recommend the hotel's restaurant as it was overpriced and underwhelming. There are much better options outside of the hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The location was very good. Easy access to the metro and for site-seeing. Overall, good experience.

The room facilities were outdated, the bathroom was not sanitary, and the daily necessities in the room were not replenished in time, such as disposable slippers. When I needed to change slippers every day, I had to call the front desk to ask for them. Staying in this hotel felt like a hotel or guesthouse in the 1990s. The TV signal in the room was poor.
