I went there in winter. It was very cold inside and the air conditioner didn't work very well. There was also renovation going on outside when I went there.

The manor is very large. When I arrived at midnight, I thought I was in the wilderness. The furnishings inside are also quite old. There was a noticeable fishy smell as soon as we walked into the room. The waiter brought something to block the water outlet of the balcony. It got better after spraying air freshener. The facilities are old, not to mention the toilet had no water on the second day. The communication between departments was too poor. I asked around for the free ski ticket, but no one knew what was going on. I waited at the gate with my children for 20 minutes before they let me in. Apart from the feeling that there is a lack of hygiene, the service attitude cannot be complimented. Some people at the front desk are very arrogant and there are tricks on the room card deposit. It’s not because I have to live there because of official duties. There will never be a second time.
