1. The infrastructure is very poor. The door lock ran out of power and they didn't know how to change the battery. It kept beeping. I was in a hurry to leave after checking in, but it took a long time for someone to change the battery.
2. The environment is very poor. I stayed in a small corner room for more than 300 yuan. There was no window facing the outside. The room was also irregular, small and cold. I was freezing at night.
3. Before checking in, I specifically marked that I was very concerned about the smell of cigarettes. As soon as I entered the room, it was full of cigarettes, which was very choking.
4. There were big holes on the sheets caused by cigarette butts. I found it after checking in. They were not changed before checking in. There were also signs of allergies, and small bumps appeared on my body. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first one.
5. The bathroom is very cold, the exhaust fan is not easy to use, and there is no anti-slip mat or slippers.

The service is warm and meticulous, and the breakfast time is long and very humane. The room is not big but very warm, the bedding is good, and the pillows are comfortable and you can sleep well. The shower head quickly produces hot water, and the laundry room has two washing machines + dryers, so you don't have to wash a bunch of clothes by hand when traveling. The 916 express line is just a few hundred meters away, and it is very convenient to return to Beijing Dongzhimen Transportation Hub. I will stay at Orange again when I come to Huairou next time!
