There was no AC when we entered our room. Every time we leave the room the AC goes off again so we’re back to super hot room every time we got back from our day trip. The cleaning is also terrible. There was a cockroach coming out of the shower on our 3rd night. Also the sheets are not clean cos we get rashes and allergies every night. “Kids area” is a joke. It’s basically a small corner of the lobby with a plastic horse that kids aren’t allowed to get on.
