I booked a room as soon as I saw that there was a room. From the moment I entered the door, I could feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff. The staff all wore red scarves, full of joy. The decoration of the room is simple but luxurious, with advanced facilities and high intelligence. There is a small room in the room and a smart toilet in the bathroom. The hotel's gym is very good. You can enter by swiping your card. The TV on the treadmill is really a full-channel TV, especially with headphones, especially the headphones and disposable earmuffs, which are clean and hygienic. I have stayed in many high-end hotels, and the gym does not have such meticulous service. There are three places for children to play, one is Happy Castle, with complete facilities, big slides, simulated driving, cave exploration, suitable for both big and small children. The water park has a suitable water temperature. Although it is not big, it is enough to play, and there are small fish nibbling feet. The hot spring and video games are together. The hot spring is actually nothing, just a place to take a bath, but the video games are quite rich. The hot spring also has a rest hall, a place to eat, and fruit drinks are always free. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great, and the waiter comes to give you a menu so you can order it now, which is amazing. Most five-star hotels can't do this. I still want to say that the service is really in place. The housekeeper always has WeChat contact, gives some suggestions in advance, reports the weather in the morning, and there are almost always small gifts for children wherever they go. In the evening, the staff dresses up as the God of Wealth and distributes red envelopes in each room, although it is only ten yuan. When leaving the hotel, the front desk gave the child another toy and sent it to the door. The breakfast was rich, and the water park and Runtangquan were clean. The children had a great time during the two-day stay. The parent-child hotel is the first choice for leisure and relaxation.

During the entire stay, the service experience was excellent. Every staff member had children in their eyes. The housekeeper Wang Feifei put a panda doll in the room in advance (the child loved it so much that he immediately named the panda), there were snack packs for check-in, and the refrigerator was also full of drinks. Yogurt, honey and fruit were delivered in the evening. When checking out, gifts were prepared for the children (each child was different, and we got our favorite car). When we saw the snack gift pack for check-in that day, we also wanted it, so we mustered up the courage to ask the front desk, and the uncle on duty immediately gave him one, which made him very happy (children's happiness is quite simple)

It is just right to go at 11 o'clock. There are very few people and the experience is super good. Play until 12 o'clock and go to the underground spring for a buffet lunch. The taste is very good. The buffet style has everything, and there is no limit on fruit ice cream and drinks. After dinner, you can go to the rest area to rest. There are cubicles in the rest area to meet the children's lunch break. Opposite the Tangquan is a salt cave, and the children have been digging salt sand in it for a long time. In the afternoon, I experienced children's massage, a single room for half an hour, and the child was very comfortable and said he would experience it next time. In the evening, you can also return to the Tangquan rest area for a buffet dinner, which is the same as lunch. After dinner, you can also go to Yi Space to play, where you can play KTV game machines and VR shooting machines. By the way, there is a New Year temple fair on the second floor in the afternoon. The small activities are also very interesting. The baby also played for an hour. In addition, the swimming pool on the third floor of the hotel also has a hot spring pool and a sweat steamer, as well as a children's area, which is worth the price. After returning to the room after dinner, there are welcome fruits and homemade yogurt. Super considerate, if you want takeout, the housekeeper will deliver it to the room. You can also request a bed guard. The next day, I gave the baby a red envelope as soon as I went to breakfast, which was full of ritual. There are rich varieties of breakfast. After checking out, I gave the baby a big gift, which is a three-piece warm set of good quality! I like it very much! There are also small dolls for check-in! In short, this experience is perfect and I will come again next time.

Chaolin Songyuan has become a must-do for Chinese New Year in Beijing. It is too cold outside to go out. There is enough fun in the hotel. Children like the water park very much. Zhiku City has added cave exploration, a small temple fair and cat petting. The restaurant is also good. Children's cribs, toilets, and supplies are very complete.
