At the price of 1,635 per day, I thought it was a high-end B&B in the suburbs of Beijing. After staying there for a day, I realized that it was completely untrue. I don’t know how those so-called good reviews came about. I sincerely urge everyone to choose carefully. First, the price is high and no cancellations are accepted. Breakfast is not included and there are no other meals provided. Second, it does not even provide basic TV programs. Except for the living room on the first floor, you can watch normal TV programs in the nine rooms on the three floors. The other rooms can only watch a few free analog channels. Third, the bathroom is very small and crude, with no distinction between dry and wet areas. Water splashes everywhere on the toilet, basin, and floor after taking a shower. The sewer is not very smooth, and the shower head is not fixed firmly and often falls off. Moreover, the metal parts of the water room are rusty and of low quality. Fourth, as a high-end B&B, there is no refrigerator, no hanging wardrobe, no safe, and no sofa. Fifth, the owner does not accept customer opinions, has no attitude towards improvement, and uses strong words to make excuses. The presence of such expensive B&Bs with inadequate facilities and services in Miyun is a real shame for Beijingers.
