該酒店位於十字路口出行方便，房間佈局合理。因住靠西側的房間，雖然樓下就是喧鬧的道路，但關好門窗隔音也算不錯。
但很遺憾，衞生環境不如人意，衞生間棚頂一角發黴，床上方棚頂有灰塵。 我拍的照片給前台服務員看，她們沒任何錶情，連最基本的禮節都沒有。這樣的衞生環境、服務態度，不知道該酒店老闆看到會怎樣？我上傳了照片，請酒店好好改進! 這是我出行預訂酒店最差的一次。

房間一般，隔音一般，尤其是旅行團入住真的很吵；前台服務態度差，服務意識也很糟糕，辦入住時的小夥就板個臉，第二天退房時，先是12:25電話我，問我要不要退房，我回復説20分鐘內回來退，掛了電話沒幾秒又打一遍，説已經超時要補20塊，急忙忙趕回酒店給看了攜程訂單的退房時間是14點，又説他們前台看不到訂單詳情，反問我為什麼昨晚入住時不聲明，全程感覺我入住酒店給他們帶來添了很大的麻煩，很讓人煩躁的一次入住

住的環境還算好，地方也夠大，但是提點小建議，把設施好好收拾一下，臉盆是裂紋的，屋裡的供熱還有待提升，但是其他還可以。希望能儘快改善。

酒店其他都還行，就是服務人員啊，真的是有夠差勁的，咱也不是講究人，但是也不能問點什麼都跟欠您錢似的，該給的不給，問話的時候嘴都不帶抬的，還以為是國營酒店，這倆孩子是真的差點事兒

給差評！在冬天的北京住這麼個酒店，沒有暖氣你們敢想象嗎？凍死了！
前台人手不夠，入住辦理和退房流程都無比緩慢。
房間內設施一般，一次性拖鞋比紙都薄。衞生也一般，椅子上有明顯的不潔凈的碎屑未能清理，空調製熱能力也十分有限！同價位在房山住宿有很多其他選擇，這家酒店我極度不予推薦！

設施很新，浴室花灑水壓也比較大，淋浴很舒服，水温也合適，衞生乾淨，環境不錯，客房打掃很到位，更換物品也很齊全
