The hotel is situated on a pedestrian street, making it inconvenient to hail rides directly nearby. While the main road is just 100m away, the nearest available pickup location is at least 700m away due to road congestion.

Good location, it’s on a Dashilan street. Check in was earlier than it should be, room was clean, in bathroom I found even hair balm, that’s nice.

the family room is facing the shop streets where it can be very noisy, esp at night. the crowd will dispense usually around 10pm, unless you are an early sleeper, this may be of a concern. but the last straw for me, there was construction work in the middle of the night (during my stay) and when I questioned the staff, they claimed they are not unaware and I can't switch rooms (due to hotel fully booked). I ended up check out in advance and booked another room. Though this may not in the control of the staff but they remained indifferent throughout and didn't empathize the situation.

Affordable and nice room in a great tourist location, shower didn't have a curtain or door though which was a shame

The staff is very friendly & helpful! The hotel is very easy to reach and most attractions like Tiananmen Square are nearby. I can recommend seeing the Summer Palace as well!
The hotel is located in a vivid street, every day there is a lot of action, shops, restaurants and more. The music usually stopped at 22:00 pm, so everyone has a calm night.
Everyday, there is a refill of free water in the room and the housekeeping did a great job!

It's situated right in the heart of a pedestrian road, with all the tourist stalls and shops etc.
Service is amazing even though they don't speak English but everyone was happy to help us out and communicate via translators. We've had a bit of a situation with the taxi(left phone behind) and receptionist (sorry didn't get the name) was absolutely amazing to help us out and to call driver as we didn't have regular sims but esim! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH AGAN!!!

Disgusting staff - reception don’t know how to call for a taxi! Wifi doesn’t work for foreign tourists. Staff are sleeping during working hours at a desk or smoking right in front of the customers. People like this should be fired and replaced with people that can handle service industry.
