The name outside the hotel is not Sunshine House Hotel. There are three buildings, and there is a front desk on the first floor of each building. I asked the front desk of Building 3 and Building 2, but they didn't know about this hotel. The security guard at the door didn't know either, but the navigation led me here. I couldn't get through to the hotel by calling the phone on the platform. I really had no choice but to go to the front desk of another building to ask. They said that they had a cooperative relationship with Sunshine House Hotel and checked in with them. I was really speechless. Then the housing deposit was not returned two days after check-out. Generally, it would be returned immediately after check-out. It was only returned after I called. Fortunately, the attitude was good and it was returned immediately. 這家酒店很好，院子裏有山有水有噴泉，停車方便。做為外地人在炎炎夏日來到北京，感受到了北京人暖暖的服務熱情。本次出行自駕遊，帶着倆個孩子，其中最小的才四歲，在大熱天孩子又吵又鬧，真是感受到了在北京寸步難行的感覺，到酒店12點遇上了大型團隊在大堂，大堂一片混亂，本身是14點才能辦理入住，前台美女孫曉雙看着我們帶着倆個娃在大堂等候，提前給我們辦理了入住，讓孩子回房間休息，超讚[強]還有客房喬主管每次見到我們都打招呼，退房還幫我們裝行李送到車上，為他們倆位的優質服務點贊！
