很不錯的小院子，私密性很好 帶個小狗狗 也不會跑出去 不賴！

🛏[房屋設施我一定要提] 衞生間不光有洗髮水，護髮素，沐浴露，還會有潤膚露，包裝很精緻。會幫忙準備雞蛋，牛奶，麪包 ，還有特色龍潭方便麪
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有] 院子後邊就是小河流，可以盡情玩耍，好多小小魚兒！離很多密雲景區很近！

十分愜意的一個小院兒，非常適合6人左右的帶娃家庭聚會。周邊景點很多，不行幾十米就到河邊，趟水撈魚的好去處。旁邊也有農家菜。院子裏可以烤串，提供炭火和基本工具。
一家人體驗很好，推薦！

房子很乾凈，設施齊全，有卡拉OK，小霸王和自動麻將機，廚具一應俱全，還有各種調料和早餐食材飲品等，服務也很貼心，提前把住宿須知詳細告知，有問題及時回覆，房屋管家也很熱心。民宿旁邊有條河，適合玩水，景色很美，這次是不錯的體驗，下次還會來哦

一進門就覺得院子很乾凈
吃到了房東贈送的龍潭方便麪
正房2間 廂房1間 感覺8個人夠住 實際去了5個人很寬鬆
特別驚喜的是提供的洗護用品 護髮素 洗髮水 沐浴露等 感覺還挺好用 香香的 不膩人

小院很温馨。管家也很負責周到，冰箱裏提前給放了飲料牛奶，麪包雞蛋很棒。周邊有直接可以訂餐的餐廳，距離各個景點都不太遠

説實話，這套院子當時訂的比較倉促，因為一直定不下來時間。但是到了之後，確是出乎意料的好！
首先説位置：離北京市裡很近，完全沒有路上奔波的疲憊感，感覺説説笑笑一會就到了，臨近村子會有一段盤山道，不長也不短正合適，既滿足了走盤山公路的快感，又不至於走的太長而耽誤時間或者疲勞駕駛。
再説小院，大小比較合適，適合3家人一起來玩。既有適合大家一起嗨的客廳和小院，又有相對獨立私隱性較好的卧室。房間的東西都很乾凈，設備也比較新。所有做到或者燒烤的東西一應俱全，孩子在客廳和院子裏都有玩的東西，非常開心。
第三説周邊，首先離小院很近的地方就有一條比較寬的河，但是一般情況下水很淺，夏天下水捉魚蝦，冬天聽説滑冰也相當不錯！其次，離幾個著名的景點都非常近，完全不會把時間耽誤在路上。清涼谷，黑龍潭，京都第一瀑等等，其實周邊還有很多小的景點，比如這次去的精靈谷，也很不錯，雖然沒有大景點維護的好，但是基本沒人，景色更自然，玩的也更開心，推薦！
最後説服務，店家的服務絕對到位，送的酒水，飲料，麪包，方便麪，雞蛋。。。感覺自己帶的東西都很多餘。而且還有自己種的蔬菜啥的，都可以嚐鮮，走的時候還可以很實惠的價格帶回家。
總結：這是一家各方面俱佳，性價比超高的小院！如果非説缺點，那就是如果再大一些，就可以拉更多的人過來玩！

1. 房東、管家都比較熱情，服務態度很棒。
2. 民宿房間很乾凈、整潔，性價比超高，小院裏樹上掛了一個風鈴，小風帶動風鈴的聲音很空靈很治癒的感覺，超級贊。
3. 房東會給備好各種調料、食品，冰箱裏提前備好飲料、啤酒、雪糕冰棍、雞蛋、麪包、方便麪，數量充足，相當貼心。還包含燒烤用具、煤炭等等。真的是很喜歡，也很省事。
4. 民宿後院步行幾分鐘即可到達小河邊，河水超級乾淨。
最最最主要的是可以帶寵物，是一次非常好的民宿體驗。
