My room was very clean, hallway might be a bit dated but I don't sleep there. Matrass is a bit hard for my taste but I don't think that's possible to avoid since it's China.
My room was on the non street side and was quiet. TV works but only chinese channels not even the English cctv channel for show. But can mirror from phone to TV if you have own content on phone and connect to wifi. Shower good pressure and hot water.
Staff was very nice and helped with every inquiry I had. With translation apps we managed to solve everything.
Location is location, it's not in the tourist hotspot but that's what I expected. There's food and drinks walking distance, 1km to a big mall (also walkable). Didi can pick up there, taxi from airport had trouble finding it though.
Had my first experience with Chinese hotel breakfast here, not my thing but assuming you like it it's probably good.
Mostly chinese business travelers, think I was the only foreigner in the building.

The hotel is really cozy. The people at the front desk are really friendly. The only problem is that the sound isolation from the other rooms is not great, even though totally manageable.

Objectively speaking, I think this hotel is really good value for money. I booked the All Seasons Hotel near Tiananmen Square for 500-600 per night the week before I went to Beijing. Because I was going home today, I wanted to find a hotel closer to the South Railway Station. I really feel that the experience of All Seasons Hotel is not as good as Qiuguo. Qiuguo's details and services are very heartwarming. Whether it is smart curtains or smart lights, or some layouts or small services, the stay is very comfortable. I came out to play alone, and after checking in, I found that it was still a room for minors, hahaha. The only flaw is that my room is close to the elevator, and I can hear some conversations in the corridor, but I have been watching TV, so it's no big deal.
