the +: friendly and simple 24/7 reception. About ten minutes walk from the metro. Free washing machine. Nice mezzanine. Comfortable bed.
the -: very strong smell of sewer in the bathroom. no place to hang the laundry to dry, so we have to put it haphazardly on the mezzanine stair rail.
