this is by far one of the best homestays in Beijing. It's quite far from the city center but it's location is walking distance from the metro station which makes it comfortable to travel. The landlord is very nice as well. She gave us the detailed instruction on how to get to her apartment via metro and even met us when we reached the apartment building. The landlord even assisted me in booking SF as i need to send some of my stuff to Huzhou because i cannot read Chinese. The room is very spacious and clean. The room that we got is actually good for family or group of friends. Feels more like a home away from home. There's so many restaurants and convenience stores around the area as well and open til late night. Great experience in this apartment and will surely recommend to my friends.

The room is clean and tidy, and the lighting is very good! The structure of the upper and lower lofts is very suitable for families to stay when traveling! My family was very satisfied with their stay this time! The eldest sister in charge of the docking was responsible for her enthusiasm. The elder was afraid of the cold and was worried that it would be cold at night. He temporarily added a quilt. After contacting the eldest sister, it was delivered quickly! This is the apartment I will choose to stay in next time I come here😊

A very good B&B, spacious, with a bay window for drinking tea and tea sets, and the mattress is very comfortable. Hygiene is in place and bathing facilities are complete. very good!
