I booked a room with Ctrip for the standard room price, but I stayed in a special room at the hotel. Not only did the room have small windows, but it also had a big pillar in the room. I asked the front desk to adjust the room and said there was no room. It was a trap.

Very bad hotel, 4.9 points is incredible! Third-rate guest house! The lobby looks like a village tuck shop, with two salespeople standing at the front desk! There is no robot for takeout. The front desk told me that they would deliver it, but then they forgot about it and left it there for almost an hour without any notice. The soundproofing is very bad. In the morning, the housekeeper knocks on the door one after another to clean the room. You can also hear the sound of her cleaning the toilet, the door slamming loudly, and the chatting with other staff members in the corridor is very loud. At eight o'clock in the evening, there were police officers going door to door, handing out ID cards and leaving phone numbers. This happened to me once in so many years. The sewer smells bad. It's 19 degrees Celsius without the air conditioner, and it's extremely hot when the air conditioner is on. The sink is next to the bed, and then there is the bathroom. You can hear it when the bathroom exhaust fan is turned on from the corridor!
