An incredibly beautiful hotel that has recently undergone a renovation, giving it a more modern feel while still preserving its elegant, Parisian-inspired charm. The breakfast room is decorated with large paintings of Napoleon, and the room ceilings are styled with French influences. The meeting rooms are spacious, and the Legendale VIP room is ideal for smaller, more intimate meetings, comfortably accommodating around 8 people. The food was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience – I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Legendale!

The hotel is very close to the central train station and not far away from the Forbidden City. You can find a metro station within a couple of minutes walking. Upon check-in we got an upgrade to similar rooms, only to a higher floor, which was nice. The hotel has has nice rooms and nice facilities, the only thing is that it starts to look a little bit worn. So scuff marks at several places, airconditioning only blowing hot air, so we had to switch it off, lighting not working properly behind the bed and a safe not working, which was repaired. The room is big, has a great shower. The breakfast was good in the morning and there is a bar which is open between 9 in the morning and 9 in the evening. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, which is a little bit on the cold side with 29 degrees, but also offers a decent gym and in the dressing room there is a sauna and a hot bath. Overall a good hotel and hopefully it will be renovated in the nearby future.

It’s our second time staying at this hotel. We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, and there’s a wide selection of food for breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like was one of the staffs attitude. I asked her to help me order food from meituan a Chinese app) for ordering food and she said she doesn’t know how to do it, I was like seriously? I think she was too much consumed of her computer work at the front desk that saying I don’t know is the fastest way to dismiss me. It was late. We had a very long journey and we were hungry. She should have at least tried. Meituan as I showed her is a very common app for food delivery service in China and she said she doesn’t know. She didn’t even try.

We love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well

Nice to find a hotel that offers family room for 4 in a single room - I guess in China it’s still rare for there to be more than 1 child in a family! The room was a good size with a very comfortable super king bed that fits 3 persons and an additional single bed. Bathroom was big with bath and separate rain shower. Bar was closed (for good??). Annoying as we had family who came to visit and wanted to have a drink together that isn’t just wine. At least offer some beer in your restaurant if the bar is closed. Breakfast was vast, lots of choice. But for the price I would expect better包子 and 油条. Felt like they came from a packet, not freshly made. I can get so much better on a street cart for less than £1, so very disappointing that a five star hotel cannot make decent Chinese staples. I would say the 豆腐脑, and 葱花饼 was lovely, and I stuck with this for the duration of the stay.

Ok hotel nearby Sanyuanqiao subway/airport express station and not far from embassy area, but otherwise not very pleasant or ineresting surroundings (highway, few shops/restaurants area).Gated compound with few entrances and hotel lobby not on first floor (but third floor) which is annoying. Amenities bit old (low toilet etc) and breakfast mediocre, both for Chinese and more Westen taste. The hotel bar is uninteresting and not worth a visit. Rooms clean, but no bottled drinking water supplied in my room, which is rather unique and Chinese hotels.

Our family of 6 stayed at the Kerry Hotel for 2 nights during our time in Beijing in two Deluxe King Rooms that were connected. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location, connected to the mall and indoor walkways so you can keep warm during the cold winter months. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Pros: - high end beautiful hotel and good looking rooms/bathrooms - the kerry bakery is right beside the lobby, offering good price coffee/lattes/pasties/western and chinese breakfast options at an affordable price - the optional buffet breakfast has a good selection and is very nice as well, though for the price, i would prefer having breakfast at the Kerry Bakery instead - has a swimming pool which we didn't have time to try - very clean hotel; housekeeping is very diligent - provides ample water in rooms for hotel guests - toilet seats are high end, Heated and has an auto flush system Cons: - the hotel website advertises that they have an indoor playroom for children which was a big reason for me wanting to book this hotel. However, upon checking in, we find out this indoor playroom is in fact Not part of the hotel, but runs independently inside of the adjacent mall and is not included with your stay at the hotel. You have to pay to use it. This is not made clear at all on the Kerry Hotel Webpage and they advertise this playroom as part of their gallery on their website, leading customers like me to think the playroom is part of the hotel, like the swimming pool. No where on the website states this play area is not a part of the hotel or that it needs to be paid for. I found this false advertising very misleading, so deducted a star from the Facilities rating - Beds were unfortunately only mediocre in my opinion. I found their pillows lack support and i had some stiff neck when waking up. Their mattresses could be better too- it was...okay...i rate it a B or C+

Everything about the hotel is perfect. Very nice room, great location and view, nice staff with good English. Not best rating because I tried to modify my booking and i couldn't do it. Even tho the front desk lady said i can change it the app didn't allow me.

Incredibly spacious and clean room. Wonderfully friendly staff, and the pool and sauna we basically had entirely to ourselves were a highlight. Booked for Valentine’s weekend so received free Valentine’s gift upon checking into the room, and a Valentine’s dinner was included in the price as well as the usual breakfast. Staff even offered to extend our checkout time until 15:30 so we could enjoy our time and not rush out.

This was my second stay in a month at Baifuyi. The first time was two weeks ago, I took a domestic flight from this hotel to Daxing airport. This time I returned to Beijing from Daxing airport and took an international flight at the capital airport. In short, it is close to both airports in Beijing. It's also close to the city center. I got off the plane just over 2pm and took the subway to the hotel just over 4pm. In the evening, when the traffic is busiest, take a ride to Houhai to have dinner and a night out. The taxi fare is only over 30 yuan a trip, indicating that the road is not far. Back to the hotel at night is by subway. 🚇 On the way we went to the Ginza Mall to buy some fruit 🍎 and drink. it was less than ten o'clock we were back to the hotel. It's as if in this hotel, after getting off the plane, you can enjoy the beauty of Beijing immediately. And this time because we have one more person, five of us. We got an apartment suite. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom suite is newly renovated, well equipped and very clean. There is a large two-door fridge, a fully automatic washing machine, and a microwave and gas oven. There is more than 100 square meters of space for five of us, more than enough. It was originally planned for five people to book two hotel rooms. Now it is more affordable and convenient to book a suite. 👍 The rooms all have balconies and large glass flooring, so you don't have to go outside and see the beautiful scenery of Beijing. The excellence of the customer service was also one of the reasons we chose to come back. Jack Fan at the front desk, very aware of the fatigue of the travelers, he quickly completed the check in, so that we can easily get on board. Whether I'm in China or abroad, I prefer to book a hotel rather than a bed and breakfast when I travel. Although the hotel is more expensive, there are strict government regulations on fire prevention, burglary and hygiene. Stay at peace of mind in a hotel. I don't think B & B will tell you about the floor plans and escape routes. But it is a must for all star-rated hotels. The advantages of a bed and breakfast are spacious and convenient. At Baifuyi in Beijing, we enjoyed the delicate luxury of the star-rated hotels and the spacious and relaxing nature of the B & B.
