The hotel is a bit remote, but it is very large, the rooms and public areas are spacious, the suites have two bathrooms, and the stay is very comfortable. The hotel features parent-child activities, some are paid, some are free, and some need to be booked on WeChat, so hurry up. There are swimming pools in the hotel, a 25m long and a small round pool, the temperature is relatively high and suitable for children to play, and there is also a gym. In addition, there is a paid Super Wings Children's Park. The maintenance is still good. The hotel itself has a very small free children's park, hot springs, and some aviation-related activities called cloud exploration. We participated in the parent-child handicrafts included in the room package, which is very distinctive and not a fool's errand. There was a performance on the night of the Spring Festival. Regarding dining, we wanted to order takeout before, but because there were no orders around during the Spring Festival, we finally ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The price was moderate, about 120 per person, and the taste was good. Maybe because of the Spring Festival, the service staff was short and the response was slow. There is also a noodle shop in the hotel, as well as a buffet restaurant, etc. There are not many types of breakfast, which is suitable for Chinese stomachs. As a family hotel, the family is well catered. The service is a little bit lacking. When we walked in, the staff were not enthusiastic or proactive enough, but our room service aunt was very patient. The hotel signs are confusing, like walking in a maze, and the elderly traveling alone may not be able to identify them. For the basic room type of just over 1,000 yuan during the Spring Festival, including parent-child activities, the price is acceptable. I think it would be better to go in summer, and I will visit again if I have the chance.

**Butler service: touching throughout, feeling at home** The caring service of Butler Ren Jie must be put first! From proactively contacting to confirm needs before check-in to patiently answering questions at any time after check-in, he is as warm and thoughtful as a friend throughout the whole process. Every detail makes people feel the concept of ”family-style service”. **Environmental facilities: a holy place for strolling children, play for two days without repeating** ▪️2000 acres of forest oxygen bar is so healing! Morning run on the pine forest trail, visit the secret garden in the evening, and take pictures of forest blockbusters ▪️Cute pet park + farm experience let children play crazy all day, feed alpacas/pick vegetables/make handicrafts super fun ▪️Indoor and outdoor children's playground, constant temperature swimming pool, KTV, chess and card room... **Accommodation experience: a private holiday feeling** The room has its own landscape balcony, and it feels so good to be awakened by birdsong in the morning. The bedding is very comfortable, the mini bar has rich drinks, the bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet and a super large bathtub, and the toiletries are customized herbal fragrances and very distinctive. **Improvement suggestions: About pet-friendly policy** Parents with furry children should note: Although the hotel is pet-friendly as a whole and gives pets small gifts, the only restaurant ”Taoyuan Restaurant” does not allow pets to enter (you can contact the housekeeper to deliver meals to the room). It is recommended to add an outdoor pet dining area or a designated pet storage area, after all, there are more and more families taking pets on vacation. Summary: It is definitely the ceiling for vacations in the suburbs of Beijing! The service is far beyond the five-star standard, the housekeeper team is professional and thoughtful, and special thanks to Ren Jie for leaving us with wonderful memories. I will recommend it to all friends who want to escape the city, and look forward to seeing more complete pet facilities when I visit it again
