衞生乾淨，房間設施齊全完善，床也舒服，周邊美食小吃街多。唯一不足的是地方，有些房間靠近籃球場，早上有孩子打籃球。

房間是挺大的，不過有很多缺陷，一要收按金，按金有時候衹給現金不能原路返回，二是房間喝個水都要收費，去別的地方訂酒店房間都會贈送兩瓶礦泉水，這裏的四塊錢一瓶收費，沒啥人情味借把雨傘收按金50，想用個一次性洗髮水要收費，去過柳州去過桂林酒店體驗感都挺好的，在北流啥都要收費啊，誰懂啊家人們，體驗感非常差！！！！

其他的各方面都還挺好的，有早餐，
不滿意的地方，估計也是所有顧客所顧慮的地方，
不應該把我們身份訊息以及家庭住址和身份證號碼打出來，包括電話號，這樣子，我感覺對私隱是極為不好的，如果被不法分子拿去很麻煩的，至少騷擾電話很多，希望酒店高層怎麼調解一下這個問題？哪怕把身份證號碼後，四位或者中間的打上馬賽克，或者是小數點代替也好，我們正常登記完，我覺得沒必要把我們打出來那麼清晰，對不對？

先説優點：房間的熱水可以，衞生還行，前台服務可以，房間隔音效果好，早餐阿姨服務好，但早餐要在8點前去吃，晚了就沒有多少選擇了，房間裝修有點老舊，窗太小通風不好，房間悶悶的，整個房間的燈光太暗光線不好，早上起來上粧打開窗簾都看不清楚，被子太薄了，不開空調製熱15度以下氣温凍得不能入睡。沒有多少不靠馬路的房間，晚上有點吵。

好像都沒有搞衞生，廁所地上還有毛髮，別人用的一次性梳子都還放在那裡，房間環境也不是很好
