房間很大 設施很齊全 服務態度很好 就是衞生間的衞生打掃不夠細緻 住的時候馬桶上有好幾根頭髮不知道是什麼原因

在汽車南站旁邊。乾淨衞生整潔,半夜入住的，也很安靜。床睡得舒服,住的也舒服，攜程預訂價格比前台價格便宜40%。

酒店衞生環境確實可以 但是星月酒店經理的服務也確實差 4.11日晚12點左右 車停在酒店門口 被人颳了 4.12當天發現被刮 請求經理讓看一下監控 不願意 後面報警了 交警到場才願意給密碼 後面交警有事走了讓我們自己看 結果隔幾分鐘酒店的人就來趕我們走 甚至經理親自打電話過來説 明天上班她會幫我們查看監控 就這樣我們沒看完就先走了 結果第二天去問有沒有幫忙查看 酒店的人説已經看完了沒有發現我的車被撞 我們不信 就委託朋友第二天去交警大隊幫我們看監控 結果就是4.12的早上8點多在星月酒店門口被撞 經理的辦事風格很獨特 特別會忽悠人 我是住了你們酒店4天 不是白停你們門口 沒有一點責任心
