We had booked a whole block for a wedding function. There were no helpers available. The lifts in block D and in the conference centre we’re not working. We had elderly and disabled people in the group who had lots of difficulties to climb up the stairs. We had to carry big bags to the 3rd floor. Bed linnen is quite used. There were bugs in the WC. We asked for the buggy to take our elderly guests from the rooms to the conference hall, the receptionist just told us it was not for the guests but for their bosses. Poor service.

Very well located but the worst experience, not well maintained, in the room even after being notified about the bath shower issue not fixed, balcony alumindoors with problem, no fixed hand shower in the toilet, no staff to help carry bags to 2nd floor without elevator (does not work),etc

Pathetic maintenance... no concierge service had to personally carry bags for 15 guests on first and second floor.. Had blocked a full block and lifts not working, service ridiculous.. even had been asked to pay for extra blanket... Had event hall booked for 3 days..no lift working there...and was asked to pay extra for cleaning the event hall....

Resort structure, horrible maintenance, I don't recommend the accommodation. Swimming pool in poor condition, even had fish. Breakfast with few items. Restaurant with good food, but no options, and it takes a long time.
