Warwick Palm Beach Hotel

Visited the hotel with a tour group. Hotel is located next to Zaitunay Bay. It is relatively old but renovations are in progress. Rooms are furnished with an old style. Breakfast are typical for Lebanon. WiFi is fast with an easy access. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I visited Lebanon from 27th December till 5th January 22.It was my solo but in group. We stayed at palm beach hotel for 10 days.i am quite satisfied withthe services provided by the hotel management. Staff was very cooperative and friendly from the reception till the hotel driver all were very helpful and good. Breakfast was also very nice. Highly recommended. Keep it up

I spent only one night in this hotel. Rooms are standard,electrical curtens. My room had a ocean view, but also faced the street which is quite busy and noisy. I had no internet connection in my rooms. I had to go at reception area.Forget about swimmingpool, gym at 7 floor. There are construction which is very noisy during the day. Breakfast buffet poor.There wäre only hard boiled eggs The hotel has an excellent location, and restaurant service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is at 6 floor and has a great view over bay.

Stayed in this hotel for few nights during organized trip in September 2022. Herewith are my impressions: Pros: Very good location next to marina, which is a nice place to have a walk. In proximity there are restaurants, supermarket. My room overall has been of adequate size with partial view towards the sea and all utilities have been functioning (judging from the reviews of other people from our group, i have been lucky with this room), The room has terrace, bath tube in the bathroom. Breakfast is average, not much variety but one can pick for as per the taste. Cons: There has been loud music each day until 2 am from the bar/restaurants which disturbed the sleep, the sound proofing of the windows is none. The housekeeping of the room was poor. First day at check-in room has been dirty and the complimentary water was missing. On next days the staff have been taking the toiletries (like soap, shower caps) and not replenishing with new. It has not been pleasant to come into the evening after a long daily trip and not to have soap to wash your hands. Same story with towels, they been taken and not replenished with enough new ones. One day they even have forgotten the door of the room open! Well after several times making remarks to all these weak points, they finally improved but just prior to my leaving. The bathroom is quite tired and not well cleaned. Attached are some photos. Overall, i am left with mixed feelings about this hotel, having heard the complaints about the other people from our group like very dirty rooms, for some of the rooms facing not the main street there is also additional noise from the generator, mold in the rooms and bathrooms, dirty pool.

This hotel offers filthy rooms . See pictures below . What is worse is that they offered another room which was actually worse .. on top of that they refused to refund the booking money even though we had to go to a different hotel .. the rooms were filthy and the staff front desk were very rude and in accommodating. Avoid it at all costs .
