The rooms and in-room facilities were excellent. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, as was the staff very nice. However, the breakfast was forgettable, even below criticism. Dry pastries, poor selection, apparently less fresh products.

Dana in Marketing and Yara at reception were the most professional, friendly and provided excellent service upon deciding on my stay with Saifi Suites. The rest of the staff are professional, the rooms are very clean, cozy and modern with a great view. Felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. Breakfast was great too! I would definitely book to stay here on my next vacation and work trip. Value for money is apparent and location is like no where else we stayed.

I didn’t have a good experience in this hotel and I would not recommend it for anyone who cares about their health. I booked to stay for five days and was barely able to sleep through the first night due to the mold issues in the AC vents. I had a sensitivity reaction and couldn’t breath properly, so I had to check out of the hotel earlier than the end of my stay. The receptionist was trying to convince me that black mold is a normal AC condition that did not affect health in any way. I have requested a refund for the rest of my stay and the receptionist told me that I had to contact ******* and talk to them about the refund. When ******* agents spoke with the hotel they refused the refund. This hotel doesn’t care about their guests nor do they understand the effects of mold on health. Not recommended at all, there are better hotels in Beirut that are new and clean and will not cause any respiratory issues.

Nice superior room. Everything was ok. I liked the balcony where I ate my dinner that I ordered through room service. Too tired to go out to eat in one of the nice restaurants of Gourad street. Well, I shouldn’t have ordered Lasagne in Lebanon, the cook forgot to put pasta under the tons of cheese.

I enjoyed my four night stay at Saifi Suites. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony. The staff is very pleasant. The hotel is located in the downtown area and is walking distance to several must see sites such as the Roman Ruins and Martyr’s square. There are Restaurant’s and boutiques close by.

A very nice boutique hotel, large and spacious room, pleasant and well thought out. Very well located, the staff in general is good, and more particularly at the reception YARA, NOUR, HAYTHAM AND HUSEIN. The maids are nice but always forget to put something in the room, so don't hesitate to call reception again. The only downside in the picture is the catering service. Breakfast, there are lots of little things, but you don't feel Lebanon. We want to eat Lebanese in Lebanon so they put small thin or cheese or tomato pizzas made at 5 a.m. so when you arrive at 8 or 9 a.m. to have breakfast they are cold and hard as hell drink it, the same for the Labné they put it in a small pot where you can't even eat it without olive oil without anything and of course the least thing is to have some good Lebanese bread, well no one breakfast to be completely reviewed by a true Lebanese professional. I don't come to Lebanon to eat salmon or ham. A country where there are so many good things. Room service also deserves better control of cleanliness.

"I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel and it was an absolute disaster. The toilet drain was constantly blocked and it was so loud that you couldn't sleep. The hotel deserves 2 stars at most, if that. The TV was broken, the lights flickered all night and the breakfast was a disgrace - a lot of the food was expired. The staff were constantly in a bad mood or busy on their phones as if they didn't want to interact with the guests. There were power outages every day and the internet didn't work either. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and will never visit it again."
