First of all , we are in lebanon so we pay the VAT in lebanese pounds. This is my second time in this hotel , the first time i stayed two months here , at the end of the last stay they asked for the vat in US DOLLARS, so i didn’t accept to pay it ,they started negotiate for the VAT (Tax) I wanted to pay it in lebanese pounds. Now this my second and last time in this hotel , i stayed a month which is 1350$ and now they want the VAT (tax) in US DOLLARS, i denied to pay it in Us dollars because i should pay 225,000 Lebanese pounds which is now on market rate 8$ , they charged me 150$ in U.S. dollars, i didn’t accept so they started taking over me advantage with the staff to pay it , because they know well i don’t want to let the staff pays it in US dollars.. long story short. , don’t ever stay here they are crooks .. for all the tourists that was an advice.
