اول ما وصلت كان حاصل معايا موقف لا أحسد عليه من سواق تاكسي جابني من المطار للاوتيل و مفروض الاوتيل ملهمش علاقة اطلاقاً السواق كان ناصب عليا في ١٠٠ دولار اول ما سألت في الريسيبشن اتوترت جداً و حسيت بعدم الامان اني اتنصب عليا اول ما وصلت بس عاطف جه هداني جداً و الناس في الريسيبشن كمان و اتصل بشخص من المطار و كلم سميح شريف صاحب الاوتيل عشان يستأذنه يتصرف و بصراحة الناس مقصروش و وصلو لسواق التاكسي و رجعولي فلوسي و موافقش ياخد اي مقابل شكراً بجد لأمانتكم و الله لولاكو كنت رجعت علي اهلي من كتر ما حسيت بعدم الامان طمنتوني جداً شكراً ليكو"

"Very nice, helpful, English speaking staff. The hotel is in a great location if you’re in Beirut for the tourism or the nightlife.
If you’re booking, do bear in mind that it’s got somewhat of a hostel vibe(even though it is a proper hotel) and if you’re looking for a place with lots of amenities you might not be as happy.
I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Beirut and will stay here again when I return."

"A big thank you for Nadia from in reception who tried to get us a free upgrade, even tho she couldn’t since there were no possibility due to limited availability but she still switched the room type to one of our liking. Our stay was very nice and we will definitely return."

JjadielRoom was very clean. The only issue I saw was the door for the bathroom is rotten. I asked the cleaning maid for clean towels and she ignored me. When arriving at hotel, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be ready and the baggage boy just threw my luggage on the floor without any regards for its contents. I tried to order food for lunch at about 1300 and the lady that answered room service just said no breakfast and hung up. I wanted to order a burger from their menu. So I opted to go eat outside of the hotel. Other than that... the stuff was great. The hotel is being remodeled so lots of construction noise in the morning and lots of routy guests at night and no one tells them to be quiet.

GGuest UserI stayed in a junior suite which was very cute and cozy. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of breakfast or dining options. However, it is located in a very good part of downtown barely 10 minutes walk from Zaitunay Bay which houses several cafes and restaurants. It is also a walking distance from many restaurants, the marina and pubs. Staff were very nice and welcoming. They helped me order dinner twice.

GGuest UserIn the urban area, the price is very high. It is very convenient to go out to Pigeon Rock. It is enough to go out, about ten minutes. It was quite quiet at night, and the room was more comfortable to live in.

Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness.
Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control.
The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night.
Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7.
Can order outside delivery to the room.
Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

Environment: The environment is good and the bedding is very comfortable.
Health: For a Middle Eastern country, health is pretty good. All very clean. There is no power outage and hot water is available 24 hours a day.
