Your staffs must learn how to be flexible !
I intend to buy a dinner for my wife , three daughters and three grand children on the International Women Day , so I thought of your cafeteria. I saw a promotion of 175,000 rp. but not on that day , so I checked with the lobby and the restaurant staff for any discounts , No. was the reply .
BTW I was staying in your hotel for three days for vacation. One of your manager want me to join Santika members to get the discount. !!!

The gym facilities are very limited; there is only a stationary bike and a treadmill.

This is our favorite hotel when our crew have a businees trip to Depok, Jakarta. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. The staff also helpfull and friendly, The most important thing is, easy to get food.
