Hotel has big, beautiful, green and well maintained territory. Garden room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed variety and taste of food. The absence of bracelets was plus. Lots to do for both kids and adults. Lovely aqua park with not-so-lazy river :) The issue we had was regarding available sunbeds after 9am. Situation was better in the second half of September, but I guess it's a lot worse in high season. Even so, we had a lovely holiday and would recommend this hotel anytime. Even considering coming back next year even though there are many hotels in this area worth visiting.

I am extremely grateful to spent time in Pine Beach hotel. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for the great hospitality. Hopefully we will going back soon. I cannot believe how can they serve so much delicious food in one place. Congratulations to the chef’s there.

I am ar this moment at this hotel ( R nr 3308, this one is for the management). So, the money that you will pay for this hotel… you will just lose it… Why am I saying that … Firt of all , the rooms are from “ the second wwr” :) , the stuff is so unpolite that you will not believe it, they are talking at the phone in front of you when you want to ask … for a beer … and they will not serve you unroll they will finish to talk. Poor beer, poor wine, the cocktails … made with a lot of vodka … you now why… a lot of Russian people… The stuff it’s not speaking in English … just Russian… The pools are not cleaned ( I am here from Thursday ) and I have not seen some one to clean the pool area… The food is average … but not so variety … Over all, do not spend you money on this hotel … believe me !!! I will atach some photos…

From the moment we entered the hotel, perfect communication was established with us. Ayhan Bey constantly asked if there was a problem. Also, a consultant constantly took care of us. The hotel is right next to the sea and very clean. You can have fun with children. The pools are sufficient. It is also a very clean hotel. The food is very delicious. You should especially try the pavilion service. The hotel offers a perfect experience in nature.

Clean rooms, wonderful nature courtyard, tasty breakfast. unforgettable pine smell, helpful managers, lots of souvenir, night parties and awesome beach not far from the airport, good for youth without children, but it's also nice with family and business trips

This was my first stay in Turkey. With my family, we were for the New Year holidays. I am impressed by the efforts of the staff to make us enjoy our stay and on New Year's Even we felt special. The hotel has a very beautiful garden, right next to the sea, with its own beach. The food was fresh, tasty and varied. Safe place. Complete rest and enjoyment.

The quality of accommodation was very disappointing. We had rooms in bungalows, tried to find a better room in any of bungalows, but we were not successful. First of all there was mold in every bathroom of every room I checked. This problem was very overdue, cleaning service didn’t even have the task to solve it. Second major problem was very old and dirty carpet that left black footprints on feet. Those carpets needed very deep wet cleaning, but obviously no one cared. Honestly I think a 5 star hotel can’t have such issues. Reception didn’t have any empathic reaction on these issues when they were shared. I complained three times and nothing was suggested. Only after I said that my kid has asthma and I don’t want him having shower in a bathroom with mold, a higher standard room was offered. This was a room in one of the buildings. However, both mold and dirty carpet were there. As we later heard from personnel, the hotel management is well aware of the issues, but the bungalows are very old and there is no plan of reconstruction in place. Additionally, my kid caught the hand-foot-mouth virus, which means that the surfases everywhere in the hotel could be cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel territory, beach and food were quite nice and corresponding to a good level of a hotel, but still not the 5 star I guess…

This was my 3rd time spending my 7-day vacation at Pine Beach Hotel Each time the stay there was better and better. Advantages: - large, comfortable rooms cleaned daily with a change of bed linen - very diverse and exceptionally tasty food, regardless of where you eat - very high level of food in 3 a'la carte restaurants - great coffee and sweets in several cafeterias (especially from the express in Antic Cafe) and a full selection of alcohol in the bars - exceptionally many free places on the beach and by the pools - interesting programs throughout the day and in the evening - perfectly maintained greenery on the premises of the resort (excellent air in a huge pine forest) Disadvantages: none Special thanks for the deep commitment of the entire staff and in particular the Nurse from the Medical Point and GR Manager Ms. Anastasia in solving my friend's health problems.
