Starting with the very warm welcome by the angelic Nagehan, to the large room with a gorgeous sea view, to the hotel food and the blind restaurant, everything was 10 stars. I can't say enough about the spa area, other than that it's worth every cent for the Turkish bath and the relaxing massage, it was 2 hours of relaxation. The pool area, both the outdoor and indoor, was very beautiful, not crowded at all, and the pool dancers really created a party atmosphere.

Best vacation ever. Incredible design, great service, tasty and fresh food. Spa therapists are top. Fixed my back and it was good experience. Couple concept is definitely different, was best time with my husband., I didn’t miss kids. Will be back for sure.

Larissa from the lobby is the best and pro customer contact ever. This hotel is just great. I will be back here. People are so friendly and good. Mikali from the Restaurant as well. Great personel. I love this place. Everyday evening parties u will never forget.

My husband and I enjoyed our vacation at Adam and Eva. we had a great time. The staff, the food, the service, everything was perfect. We will see you again next time. Thank you Adam&Eve from Fidan and Kaltrina. Don’t forget to mention the Nagehan from Angel Club.

I have asked two times to changes of sheets on different days. It is in the cards says that every two days they change sheets. But they did not during my 5 days stay. Even though I have asked for it. At first day Sea was very dirty with a lot of dead flies on the surface. They did not understand the reason but they accepted it was dirty that day. Following days sea was ok. Pools are ok but needs be cleaned every night. You can see dirts came from sea on the pool floor. Food quality is very good. Activities are good. Service is very good except dinner. During dinner time you should get your own drink yourself. Because evening shift is sucks. Waiters does not care about your orders or they are untrained I don’t know.

we had very poor customer service, we had several problems, that nobody solved. We agreed to meet the manager at 9:00 in the morning, but she didn’t come to meet us. Very dissaponting!! Some of us couldn’t get to the room for about 6 hours, because the door was broken and the technician didn’t come. In the rooms were broken water systems. The crew knew about everything but didn’t do anything to solve the problems. Only told us that they know but no solutions, no compensations or compromises at all!

RAGIB front of house was very polite. Welcomed with champagne. The rooms are Amazing. Sauna and hot tub in bedroom. Swim up pool very clean. Restaurant food was amazing. Breakfast lunch and dinner! We’ll be returning next year for honeymoon

the food the service wonderful and for the cleaning its was amazing i love her ,shes name fatma , i like the villa so much just we haves a problem with the freeze its not working and no one come to fix it , but gor sure this is not the last time that i visit to your hotel thanks for everything
