Ela Excellence Resort Belek

Ella Excellence Hotel truly lives up to its name. This was our second visit, and I must say, the service this time was even better than before. It was an absolutely outstanding experience—by far the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. We were particularly impressed by their dedication, including rehearsals and training for the Christmas dinner and a corporate event. It looks they really care about guests. The food options in the ala cartes are outstanding and the presentation is very immaculate like you are in high end restaurant. Our favourite was the Mexican and Meditarreanian. Rizvan was an amazing waiter and chef Ali in the Italian. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the following individuals who made our stay extra special: Our guest assistants were amazing! Special thanks to Sedenur Gunes and Nazrin for an amazing service both of you deserve a promotion for exceptional service. Hassan Akin guest assistants supervisor was lovely and Habip (restaurant manager), Mehmet in the 24-hour restaurant and Halil and Ali. Thank you to the wonderful kids' club staff who made my children’s time so enjoyable, Rizwan in the à la carte restaurant, who was very kind and attentive, The chefs, waitresses, and cleaning staff, who kept our room spotless and even cleaned it twice daily, which was such a lovely touch, And all the pool staff, who were patient and kind with my children. The level of service and attention to detail from every team member was remarkable. While our stay was exceptional, I have a few minor suggestions for improvement: 1. The chocolate shop could offer a wider selection of chocolates like white chocolate, similar to what is available in the summer. 2. The 24-hour restaurant and room service menu could include more variety, such as stir fry noodles, different types of pizza, more burgers, wraps, hot dogs, nuggets, rice options and kebabs. 3. The sushi in the main restaurant was slightly dry and could be improved. 4. Some dishes across the restaurants had a bit too much salt. 5. Buffet options, especially at breakfast, could be enhanced in main buffet. At times, when we arrived around 10 a.m, there was no one available to prepare omelettes or eggs, and some food items were cold (although the staff were always happy to make fresh ones upon request) and like the fresh juices bar at breakfast and it would be nice if it was available other meal times. 6. Some Disabled bathroom railings around the hotel were loose in some bathrooms please check these. Despite these minor points, the hygiene throughout the hotel was impeccable, and we were thrilled with the new management's efforts to maintain high standards. One additional recommendation would be to include a disabled sea-view room. This would be a wonderful addition to ensure inclusivity for all guests. Yes there was a conference, yes it was dominated by travel agents and suppliers, did this impact my holiday? NO!! Hotel staff were great, food was amazing and there was something for everyone! Even nuggets for the typical Brit who doesn’t like trying new food. Tho hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were lovely and always on hand if needed. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and had amazing pools. Lovely restaurant down by the beach which was part of the all inclusive so bonus there. Rooms were tidy, cleaned daily and spacious. I’m not sure what these bad reviews are about but take no notice!

This hotel is a brilliant hotel for kids. I went with my husband and 5 year old and 2 year old. My 5 year old son loved the water park and my 2 year old loved the kids club. The kids club was absolutely incredible, definitely the best kids club out there. The staff in the kids club were very friendly and genuinely enjoy their jobs. I also loved the 24/7 a la carte restaurant, which worked well for our timings. We all loved the ice lollies in the beach bar and the patisseries. We absolutely loved the Italian restaurant, the food and service was exquisite, definitely worth the surcharge. Our WhatsApp assistants were incredible - Sena and Sudenur. They were very helpful and quick to act. Improvements - some more Turkish food would be lovely, also some more choices for vegetarians at the restaurants (you can actually request vegetarian food 24 hours before you go to the restaurant), our room was not cleaned often enough, sometimes the buffet area got very busy around dinner time, and my husband ended up with a stomach bug (straight away after going to the Japanese restaurant). We contacted the hotel and were told there were no cases of a sickness bug, I wish they offered help as opposed to dismissing us. Luckily the sickness bug passed within a few hours but it put me off going to Turkey.

A real surprise, and a great one, too. This was my first time visiting Turkey, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'd done no prior research into the resort, as this was a large family holiday, I thought I'd just see how it went. But, from the minute I stepped into the Ela Excellence Resort, me and my family were treated like royalty. Immediately greeted with refreshments, and a range of fine local Desserts. We were then put into a WhatsApp group, which was amazing. I must thank Seljan Araz,and Orun, who were quite literally like PAs. I felt bad, as I've never been treated so much like royalty before, so a huge thank you to these two. Food was decent, and for a family it's ideal. My favourite was the lunch at La Galato, which became a staple daily visit. Overall, highly recommended.

What a great hotel, loved it all the way and would definetly come back. The only hotel in turkey I would be glad to retun again :). The Kids Club Wow , great. It is like kids paradise. All day long ice cream, macaroons. You can visit different restaurants for free so you do not have to eat at the big restaurant all the time. We had lunch at the lake house restaurant what was amazing. Hope to return again next year. Thank you Ela team and keep up the great work.

The assistant service was honestly the biggest highlight. Nasrin and Merve were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us with any query and wish we had. Other then that - food great, hotel really pretty, pool and outdoor amenities great - the only down side for us was lack of energy and willingness in the staff responsible for the activities - they should be a little bit more encouraging and motivated.
