Everything about the hotel is fantastic. From check in to out. All the public areas are of a very high standard of decor and furnishings. The restaurant food is very varied and great quality. Buffet style isn’t for everyone, me included, but the staff are very friendly and attentive. It all runs very smoothly. The rooms are great, beds comfy, shower brilliant. As stated previously though the aircon settings seemed odd. We slept with the patio doors open and curtains closed to keep cool. The spa is fantastic. Big pool and lots of other rooms to enjoy, sauna, steam, hammam. Very high standards of cleanliness. The outdoor pools are great too, really big with lots of areas around. Long while since I did it but the slides in the water park are good fun, it’s no a huge area and only 6 slides but still good. Also liked how secure the place felt. It didn’t feel invasive but we went out one day and came back in a taxi. We had to identify ourselves with room numbers and surnames. Was very re-assuring. Great place, would recommend and hopefully will visit again.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with how our group was treated during our recent, current stay at your hotel. We arrived on a Friday as a group of 26 and had an enjoyable experience until Tonight, Tuesday evening, While the lounge was open and the bar staff were happy to serve drinks, we were unexpectedly confronted by the General Manager when the noise level was deemed excessive. Unfortunately, rather than addressing the situation in a professional and constructive manner, the General Manager’s approach was aggressive and confrontational, which we found both unnecessary and unacceptable, one would say we felt afraid. Several members of our group had rooms above the adjacent bar, where loud music had been playing on previous nights without any intervention from hotel management. This inconsistency in handling noise complaints raises concerns about fairness and professionalism in guest relations. When I attempted to escalate this matter with customer relations and requested an email address to formally share my experience, I was given contact details that turned out to be invalid. Additionally, during my discussion, the Managing Director intervened in a manner that felt hostile, and he then shouted across the very lounge area we were pulled up on, demanded my room number. This interaction left me feeling threatened and deeply uncomfortable. I am truly disappointed that a hotel of your reputation would handle a situation in this manner. I expected a more professional and balanced approach to guest concerns. I would appreciate a formal response regarding this matter, as well as valid contact details to escalate my complaint if necessary.

Last day of 14 tomorrow here. Loved the holiday. So much to enjoy. Best part is the staff all so kind and helpful. Especially Kenan, Emre and Turkan at the Pier bar. Looked after us so well and Emre makes the best Bloody Mary’s Thanks again Joey & Christine

I have been to Belek several times. I always go to the Cornelia Diamond Golf & Spa hotel. I have always been satisfied with the services. The hotel always provides high-level services.I visited the hotel again in June 2025. They did not disappoint again and on Sunday, June 22nd, they prepared a very good concert for their guests.

One of the best family holidays we have had. The hotel is stunning and exceptionally clean, the staff are amazing and nothing was too much of an ask. Everyone was friendly and the food and quality of choice was equally as good. The entertainment at the amphitheatre along with the theme nightly Live music and overall vibe was the best I've seen. I was pleasantly surprised about how good this choice of hotel was. The kids club was great, they have an outdoor play area, a kids splash park and slides, a playroom and a soft play, all with aircon for the kids and the kids area has its own buffet for the kids through lunch and dinner. We are now already planning our next stay here. I couldn't recommend a better hotel.

Excellent hotel. Staff so attentive, friendly and helpful. Food quality was amazing. Indoor pool and sauna facilities brilliant. Golf course in fantastic condition with a great bus service too and from the hotel. Used the spa for a Turkish massage, brilliant service from Eileen. Overall 5* service from a brilliant hotel.
