Worst holiday ever hotel manager was so rude! No one can speak English! It's full of Russians and Ukrainians! I had 3 weeks there 3 days would of been to long 😞 Every day it was just chicken the food was horrible!! Never ever again It's Put me of going back to turkey

We booked one week here, and it really wasn't good. It's clean and the beds are comfy. But, that's where it ends. It's situated in the middle of two very busy roads, and that is all you can hear all day and night. The food is very sparse and is poor quality. When it runs out, it's gone and the restaurant guy just stands and watches you. If you want a drink you have to go get it. The staff speak no English and have to use there phone to speak to you. There really rude and spent the week telling us and other guests off. The drinks are beer or vodka as it caters for Russians. Your not allowed any food or drinks in the room. It's more like a motel than a holiday place. There is absolutely no nice atmosphere here. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Lovely hotel and food excellent facilities outstanding. The animations team go above and beyond in particular Talha would highly recommend, this is our second visit and would definitely return. All positives the pier on the beach is a god send for a breeze and chill.

First time at Limak Arcadia, entertainment is very good, food is lovely and all staff are very welcoming, especially Jamal who made our experience here much better :) Would definitely come back with our family again. Can’t wait to return next year!

Stayed here one night as our flights had been cancelled. Great hotel for its star rating. All staff very friendly and approachable. Special thanks to Bora & Yasin for looking after us. We checked in very late at night, but we were made to feel welcome and totally safe. Breakfast was a decent spread, no complaints. Overall great stay and served its purpose! Thankyou Ceres Hotel.

Otel iyi, kibar personel. Yemekler günde 3 kez çıkıyor ama lezzetli ve çeşitli. Oda her gün temizlenir. Havlular ve yataklar her zaman kar beyazı ve kurudur. Şef Musa Usta'ya, garson Mehmet'e, barmen Murad Amca'ya ve tüm otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederiz!!! Отель хороший, вежливые персоналы. Еда 3х разовая, но вкусная, разнообразная. Убирают номер каждый день. Полотенца,постели всегда белоснежные, сухие. Особенная благодарность шеф повару Муса уста, официанту Мехмет, бармену дядя Мурад и всем персоналам отеля, большое спасибо!!!

Отель освежили, номера норм, бассейн маленький, но остыть от июльской жары можно. За время нашего отдыха закрывали на 2 дня, из-за детских недоеданий. От моря далеко, возят в скотовозке кустарно переделанной на заднем дворе, мест иногда не хватает, приходится ждать на жаре 40 с плюсом. По еде - мясо только на обеде и только курица или нагетсы, «веганская концепция», по началу из фруктов был только один арбуз, после просьбы добавили сливы и абрикосы, чаще не дозревшие. Персонал приветливый, кроме менеджера Юсуфа, который после первого обращения к нему предложил поехать в другой отель, откровенный хам(((. Перед отелем стоит два Майбаха собственников, но элементарные просьбы (например купить молока) сначала говорят завтра, а потом извини - нет. В принципе пускай хоть на ракетах Илона Маска летают, но так к клиентам относиться нельзя, ну или со временем их потерять … в качестве транзитного отеля норм, на отдых 5 и более дней категоричный не рекамендасьён. Анимации нет, об этом были в курсе… детям заняться нечем, поэтому по вечерам приходится тусить в холле, за что переодически прилетает от манагера )))((( Вишенкой на торте было, когда манагер полез в драку, после того как услышал, что он проф непригодный. p.s. молоко проще купить самому, тем более, что рядом BIM, Sok, Migros. А еще прокат авто, там ребята лояльные!!!
