"very clean hotel and rooms. no shampoo in the rooms. only soap. the location is very close to the doca and market.a bit unsafe at nights when all closed. overall all good.."
"I found the hotel with a good cost benefit, but I had a problem with the use of the safe, where it was not working, so I believe that before you give your room to the guest, everything must be checked. And they should be more capriching in cleaning."
"Second time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational!
The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!"

Very Good
FFillipe OkadaThe hotel is very well located, the breakfast is good, but the room I had to stay needs maintenance, was with a dive in the bathroom, which was out of the bathroom, and a dive in the bathroom, making the floor wet all the time.
GGuest UserThe rooms are a little tight and private parking, which ends up making the stay more expensive for car owners. But it is worth the comfort and benefit in general.
MMariaLíviaThe hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.
JJeremy LeeeeI was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.
HHeyderGreat location, very good service, cleanliness ok, sheets and towels ok, the only thing left to be desired on the bed, old mattresses, very old TV and no minibar in the room
GGuest UserThis was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. This is absolutely great! As far as I know in most other hotels you are obliged to stay another night.
Further more the hotel offers also bagage storage which was in our case c
DDaymi HernandezI loved the hotel, good location, what I didn't think was cool was that when I called to make the reservation they said they only had a double room with a single bed. Well, when checking in it was the same answer. When we went to the hotel room, the door lock didn't even open and we were allocated another room, the last one having a double bed. How come it had a double bed and it never appeared in the reservation. Everything else was great, breakfast tomorrow with a lot of variety, everything worked perfectly.
AAdriannaAconselho muito pontuais super organizados ambiente acolhente com profissionais muito atenciosos breakfast super staff simpáticos. Versstilidade e rapidez . Retorno seguramente
BBettinaClean hostel and I was lucky enough to have the room to myself. No kitchen though but staff are nice enough. I wanted to stay longer but they had problems with their electricity.
AAnonymous UserDue to language barrier, I had a bad impression on their communication as they didn’t respond to my request for checking in much later than the check in time ( 12:00 -18:00 ) stated on the booking. However when I got to the property staff were there waiting to receive me very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The room was so comfortable, clean and beautiful especially the cute round bed that the first time I have ever seen in my life. The property is within walking distance from the tourist attractions.
